With 25 years of industry experience, Salina continues to be a driving force behind HICO’s growth and vision for the future.

In 2022, after years of dedication, Salina was appointed Director. Her leadership style remains rooted in teamwork: “I stay grounded in this experience. Even with a director title, I see myself as part of the team.
